If an order is cancelled after payment, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Shipping

Orders are generally dispatched on the next business day after confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, although deliveries may take 8–10 business days in certain circumstances due to courier or logistical delays.

Tracking details will be shared with customers via WhatsApp after dispatch.

6. Replacement Policy

We do not accept returns.

Replacement is available only within 3 days of delivery if:

• You receive the wrong product, or

• The product is defective upon delivery.

To request a replacement:

• A complete unboxing video from the sealed package is mandatory.

• The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.

• Customers must send the product to our address at their own shipping expense.

Replacement requests that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate billing and shipping information.

• Ensure someone is available to receive the order.

• Use products only for their intended purpose.

• Not misuse or attempt unauthorized access to our website.

8. Intellectual Property
