We follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.

Orders once placed cannot be returned or refunded under normal circumstances.
🔁 Replacement Policy (3 Days)
We offer a 3-Day Replacement Guarantee only in the following cases:

Received a defective product

Received a wrong product
Conditions:

You must inform us within 3 days of delivery.

Product must be in its original packaging and condition.

A proper unboxing video or valid proof may be required for verification.

Warranty is applicable only on products where it is clearly mentioned in the product title or description.

Standard warranty period: Up to 6 Months (if specified).

Not all products come with a warranty.
🔧 Warranty Claim Process
For warranty claims (especially earbuds or similar electronic products):

Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with complete issue details.

Share photos/videos of the product issue if required.

If approved, send the product to the address provided by our support team.

Product must be in original condition.

If pickup service is unavailable in your area, self-shipping may be required.

If pickup is arranged by Astrap™, a ₹150 pickup charge will apply.

Free replacement will be provided for genuine manufacturing defects during the warranty period.

Applicable only if the product is covered under a valid warranty.
